A Cross Country Invitation
to Enjoy The Best of Dottie WestHi, let us introduce ourselves. We’re Byron, Jimmy, Paul, Bruce and Buddy. Together we’re known as “Cross Country”: the new group that backs what we think is the greatest girl singer in country music…or should we say any kind of music…Dottie West. Proudly we can say we were “hand picked” to form the group she’s always wanted. Being only five months old, we have yet to record with Dottie, but we feel it’s still an honor to introduce this album, a collection of her finest recordings, to you. Some of these are songs she wrote herself and they stretch over a fantastic ten year period with RCA records. You long-time fans will reminisce, and you newcomers will sit back, be amazed and completely enjoy her album. We as “Cross Country” proudly invite you to the “Best” of Dottie!
Byron, Jimmy, Bruice, Paul & Buddy
PS: And there’s a lore to come!
